Germany Luxury Hotels – Choosing the Right Hotel!
Germany has a awesome mix of impressive landscape, beautiful old towns with beautiful design, historical landmarks and modern city life. Each city has a distinct atmosphere and culture, and with so many incredible sights and attractions, it may be a little tough to find the perfect hotel for a luxurious stay. Many of the noted tourist sites are located all over Bavaria, while other areas and cities also house numerous great attractions.
Bavaria is home to many popular tourist destinations and cities, including Munich. Famous for its spectacular architecture and culture,Munich has a lot of posh accommodation in the city, like Bayerischer Hof and others. There are numerous attractions here, including museums, exhibitions, and beer gardens. The famous Newschwanstain castle is situated on the Bavarian Alps, and is nearby from Munich.
Among the many other attractions around Bavaria is Franconian Switzerland, in Franconia. This famous holiday-maker spot attained its name from Romantic artists and poets in the 19th century. The local scenery here is one to be amazed at, with its stunning landscape. There are some posh accommodation close to Franconia, like the Steigenberger Hotel Bad Kissingen.
Other noted tourist spots close to Bavaria include Berchtesgaden, close to Austria, which has marvelous natural scenery and mountains, numerous world-class athletic amenities and a few first class hotels like the Hotel InterContinental Resort Berchtesgaden. There is also Garmisch-Partenkirchen, with gorgeous towns and neighbourhoods, stunning scenery, and a lot of recreational activities. The “Romantic Road” is also a known travelers route through historical places from Wurzburg to Füssen. Füssen is another enchanting town in Bavaria, with the Newschwanstein castle just a few kilometres to the east.
One of the most heavily visited parts of Germany is Rhine Valley, near Cologne city. The Rhine Gorge in this area is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and visitors can marvel at the many castles, take cruises on the river, and go on winery tours. There are a few luxury hotels around this area, like the Maritim Parkhotel Mannheim.
Cologne town is just some distance from Rhine Valley, located on the Rhine river. It remains to be one of Germany’s media, tourism and business hubs, with numerous religious sites and museums. Cologne has some upscale hotels, with are relatively cheap, like the Best Western Premier Domicil. Just some distance away from Cologne is Dusseldorf, famous for its nightlife, carnivals, events, shopping and fashion, with a few luxury hotels around.
Most of the Germany luxury hotels are centred in larger cities like Berlin and Frankfurt. Berlin is the capital of Germany, housing a huge array of fantastic architecture, museums and galleries. Frankfurt is a modern city, with a beautiful skyline, also housing many museums and theatres. Other beautiful cities include Hannover, Dresden and others.
