Enjoying The Nightlife In Costa Rica
You want to experience some of the nightlife in Costa Rica for sure. It is unlike anything you have ever seen. There is one thing for sure, you will find the nightlife intriguing and uplifting. Some of the different types of nightlife you will find are bullfights, concerts, jazz bars, casinos, bars, clubs and theatre. There is after all something for everyone. You can dance, you can sit and enjoy the surroundings and have a few specially drinks. If you want something a little more subtle, you might enjoy the museums and the cinemas or a night on the beach watching the waves roll onto the beach.
Two places come to mind in Santa Elena for good entertainment and live music. Bar Amigos has Latin dance music live on the weekends and some nights during the week. The Taberna has a mixture of a younger crowd and tourist while offering Latin dance music and a patio to sit and enjoy the music in the open air. The Taberna has live music as well on the weekends and some weeknights. If you enjoy the fast pace, Taberna is the club you want to visit after dark. The crowd is excited and the music heats up the room.
In Tambor, you might find the Mar Azul exciting. The bar is on the beach and they have a dance floor, bonfires and bar service on the beach so you do not have to go to the main bar for drinks. You can sit out on the beach, enjoy the nightlife and the music, and watch the crackling fire. The unique thing about this bar is that they have a circus for you on Friday nights, it is just amazing that a bar goes to all extremes to make your visit unforgettable. You might see a fire thrower or a fire dancer, but everything you see will be enjoyable.
In Santa Teresa, you will find Delfines is hot on Saturday with dancing and excitement. Saturday night is Salsa night. You will see some of the hottest dancing, it is like being a part of a MTV video. You can dance the dance or sit back and watch the locals show you their moves. This is the hot spit for Saturday and Sunday will be your day of rest since you can stay at Delfines until six in the morning. Then Monday night you can visit Tabu for Reggae night.
These hot spots will leave you with memorable experiences and show you how the locals live and relax after a long week. You can join in the fun or just sit back and watch. There is nowhere else in Costa Rica that you will see this type of entertainment especially the Circus at Mar Azul and Salsa night at Delfines. If you need more places to explore, the area is filled with many more bars or clubs that can be just as fun, but you will not see the shows you see at Delfines, Mar Azul and Tabu.
