Camping is an interesting summer activity practiced by many people. This sport is practiced by the whole family and their friends and relatives. Either a single day or either the whole summer is a good moment for camping. I have been practicing camping since my childhood. At first, it was a family escape then it became something being done with friends.

My whole family and I love doing camping. I also like doing it alone. Camping is usually practiced the weekend in our family. Driving 2 hours afar from the city, we know a nice camping spot. My kids love this camping place. Breathing air, away from the city, is very important for the health.

An important point in camping is what you will bring as equipment. Be very select about what equipment you will bring during your camping days. Kitchen tools are important and likewise, the tent I am using: the North Face Vario 23 . I use one tent for my children and one tent for myself and my spouse. This tent has 2 main features: light and resistant to water. If you are planning to fish during your camping escape, always bring an additional pole to replace any broken ones.

My wife, children and I did learn over time to appreciate camping a lot. My children love a lot going out in the nature, running and taking walks. To cope with the daily stress, I found out that camping is helping me a lot. For those rainy days, we know some good spots to enjoy camping. All my family and I found out that camping is a great sport. We can simply do it both during sunny and rainy weekends.

During camping days, it is very important to take care about health. Bring some basic medical kit when going on a camping trip. If something bad happens, you might be hours from the nearest medical center so be ready and think ahead.
