Visiting San Jose And Tortuguero In Costa Rica

If you are looking for that one special destination, Tortuguero will surprise you. The weather between September and October is one of the driest times to visit. The air is warm and the light breeze gives the real feel of a Caribbean environment. If you want seclusion from the rest of the world Costa Rica’s Tortuguero will provide you with just that and more. You arrive by boat or by plane and enjoy the sounds of the wild without any distractions of motor vehicles. If you love bird watching or fishing, this is the place to stay.

If you choose this area, you will need cash only. There are many little shops, restaurants and hotels to stay at while visiting. It is a more remote area of Costa Rica that draws people to the area because of the beauty of the forest that is untouched by heavy traffic or economic growth. The two local bars offer quite nightlife with traditions of the Caribbean. You might even enjoy the little disco in Tortuguero. The National Park is truly a delight where you will see many different varieties of wildlife just lurking behind the heavy vegetation. There is nowhere else in Costa Rica can you find a more secluded and beautiful area.

San Jose has beautiful weather between December and April. The popular tourist destination has some major attraction and is accessible by plane to one of the airports that are located close by. You will find many attractions that offer fun and adventure including the Central market, which draws visitors who look for distinctive culture souvenirs. There is not anything you cannot find when you shop at the Central market. The city of San Jose in Costa Rica seems to have activity twenty-four hours a day. The nightlife is spectacular with discos, nightclubs and casinos. You will never run out of things to do.

You can take the canopy tours, try your hand at the whitewater rafting or go bungee jumping. The canopy tours are fantastic as you glaze out over the land from a tower or take a ride on the aerial tram. The bridges suspended in air are the most adventurous as you see things that will just amaze you or you might fine the zip line tour more to your liking. Whatever the type of tour you decide on, you will have the time of your life. There is nothing like it anywhere else that can compare to the beautiful views you will see and experience.

If you have a real adventurous side, you might want to bungee jump over the Colorado River. This is a thrill that visitors flock to when visiting San Jose in Costa Rica. They go there to watch or participate and experience the thrill. Whitewater rafting on the Colorado River is also a popular activity for the day. You can take a tour guide and experience the whitewater rafting that is not experienced anywhere else. San Jose and Tortuguero are popular for any visitor wanting to have a memorable adventure.
