The blog is not free, my friend MIke Paetzold built the header graphic and then I just picked a free theme and put it up on a host and started posting.
Custom work on the blog is about $150. One time fee, domain name is $9 a year. Hosting is $75 a year. That’s it.
My advice to BORROW money is a sound business advice. Most people don’t have $700,000 to starte a McDonald’s yet they know they are good for it and that they will pay it back through profits.
Good new is you don’t need $700,000 for Coastal. $2000 and some money for ads/marketing is all one needs.
If they work their business, stay with it, run it like a business, then borrowing the money, to leverage themselves in it without any out of their bank or pocket is the best thing.
You get 30-45 days to use the money to pay it back.
If you don’t pay it back, then you just pay monthly interest charges until you do, about $60-80 a month, depending on rates you get.
Now, see, I KNOW if people just…. “save it til they have it” that will never happen. Maybe 3 people out of 500 will ever follow through.
So offering business financing is the best gift I can offer people who want to get in now and use leverage.
